By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Realign offers workshops, keynote speaking, facilitation, online content, and educational resources designed to support individuals and organisations in the areas of resilience, stress management, leadership, and performance.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment and Bookings
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Fees for services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For schools and organisations, payment terms will be clearly outlined in a service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in cancelled bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than one month before the scheduled session will receive a full deposit refund or credit. Cancellations made within one month of the session may not be eligible for a deposit refund unless otherwise agreed.

Realign reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and frameworks provided in our programs are the intellectual property of Himal Pillay or Realign Pty Ltd. You may not copy, share, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

5. Behaviour and Participation
Participants are expected to engage respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour without refund.

6. Data and Privacy
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of communication, service delivery, and updates. We will not sell or share your data without your consent, and we take reasonable steps to protect your privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for further details.

7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver services to a high standard, Realign does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, opportunity, or reputation arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
